OMIAH is a private technical consultancy founded by Jeremiah Cullen. It helps studios and teams investigate unfamiliar questions, develop technical concepts and deliver a defined part of a larger project.

The work is organized around a question, constraints and a useful deliverable: information to support a decision, a concept to develop, a prototype to examine, or a documented system to hand over.

MONAKHOS

Independent practice · technical stewardship.

An independently published practice concerning technical knowledge and artwork continuity. A stewardship-file method covering system maps, dependencies, known-good states, safe states, commissioning and revision history. Document how a complex artwork is set up, operated, diagnosed, safely shut down and handed over, so technical knowledge can persist between teams.

L-39C Acquisition Search

Research and acquisition due diligence · January–August 2026.

A client research engagement to find and evaluate L-39C aircraft internationally. Market mapping, seller outreach, contact verification and comparison of aircraft records, with specialist input. Six aircraft identified; three formal candidates documented for inspection and bid planning. The work produced a candidate register and a comparable condition model. Compared seller records covering airframe time, engine status, inspection limits and transport obligations, with follow-up on logbooks, damage history and spares.

Digital Displays

Active development · studies and visualization prototypes.

Treating a display, its content and its enclosure as one object in a room. Content, crop, colour, timing, enclosure and concealed playback developed together as OMIAH studies. Framed gallery, living marsh, vertical hole art and archival cinema: four approaches to adapting content for a room. The video is a concept visualization.

Silicone, Reconsidered

Materials research and development.

Work with a manufacturing company on reusing silicone material. Waste-stream research, size-reduction trials, particle grading and test coupons made with reclaimed silicone content. A material loop covering audit, preparation, size reduction, reformulation and evaluation, supported by test coupons made with reclaimed content.
